Wendy Fromhold Consulting is a specialist management consultancy that partners with leaders and organisations to co-create the conditions for improvement, impact and thriving workplaces.

We combine extensive experience in for-purpose organisations across health, mental health and social services, with our further training in leadership and organisational development, to co-design transformational ways to amplify impact.

Meet Wendy Fromhold, Director

Wendy is a consultant, executive leader and board director who is passionate about supporting leaders and organisations to increase their impact.

Wendy partners with leaders to create the conditions for high performance, innovation and thriving workplaces through leadership growth, targeted capability building and strategy-aligned enablers. 

Wendy originally trained and worked as an Occupational Therapist and mental health practitioner prior to taking leadership roles in for-purpose organisations. She has spent over twelve years in executive level positions responsible for strategy, governance, people and culture, organisational performance and business management. She also has ten years’ experience as a consultant and has a Masters degree in leadership and organisational change.

Wendy is the primary consultant and collaborates with other experienced and values-aligned consultants for specific projects.
